Let me give you the rules of the Brain Freeze game!
1. You have got to be crazy and a bit stupid.
2. Place the center of your forehead directly over the sprinker.
3. Keep still as possible while screaming and laughing as loud as you can until you can't stand the freezing pain any longer.

5. Try everything to get rid of the brain freeze you just inflicted upon yourself!

6. Laugh and Dare your sister to do the same!

Repeat for hours of harmless fun!
